Author's Notes:
I must admit, I'm rather proud of this poem. It came out a lot better than I'd hoped it would. Shout out here to dearest Phil, because I think she needs cheering up and she knows she helps me with everything. And again, I'm not J.K. Rowling and therefore don't own Harry Potter, as much as I like to think I do. So, without further ado, poetry.

green eyes- seen

green eyes- seen
too much (loving too
much)

and he looks
upon
her, and smiles.
maybe once more

last time
and then:
forever stop.

green eyes- gone
too long (love too
much)

and she tries
not
to think of them,
maybe once more;

for the
last time
and then again.

green eyes- seen
too little (loved too
much) (or little)

and they lock,
he
and she; can’t break his eyes
like glass

can’t be the
last time:
not never.

(loves too
much).

Author's Notes: When I wrote this poem, I had Ginny in mind; I was thinking about how she might have felt throughout the year not knowing what was going on with Harry. I assume that she might try to avoid thinking about him to not depress herself, but naturally, when one is in love you find it hard not to dwell on the object of your affection. The last section (after 'green eyes- seen' for the third time) is when Harry's 'body' is brought in for everyone to see, and Ginny reacting accordingly.
