You can usually find me doing something insane when I am not stuck in a room having white walls with jagged cracks, listening to the steady beep beep of a machine counting the seconds of my life as they trickle away, waiting. Always waiting. For someone to come or something to happen. Waiting and not being able to make a sense of this dreary existence in terms of time and space...
Falling in love teaches Dennis Creevey that sometimes, needing someone isn't a bad thing, especially as it helps him forget all that he's lost.
It fails, however, to show him that forgetting can only go on for so long.
Thank you to Ari for her loveliness in betaing this story.
This was really sad and really lovely. Such raw emotions...
Author's Response: I'm really glad you enjoyed it! It was one of the more difficult stories for me to write, and I really appreciate you leaving the review for it! xx Ariana
WHY DID NOT I DISCOVER THIS GEM EARLIER? Thank you so much for pointing me here. This story just made my day. In All Seriousness, everything about this story - from the plot, set-up, emotions to the dialogue (especially the dialogue) is first class. I just love it oh so much.
Author's Response: Yay! My shameless self-promotion paid off! You clicked on the link to the story! Thank you so much for making my day by reading the story and loving it. <3
I am totally not a shipper of Harmione but this was really intense and excellent. Brief yet agonising. You have nailed it. :)
Author's Response: Thank you. :) It wasn't much of a romance as it was a friendship, hahaha, but I am glad it works through the poetry!
This was fun! I don't like Hinny (hate it in fact) but your portrayal of them is amazing. Or should I say, 'uh-mah-zing'? Anyway, good job! This is a great story. : )
Author's Response: Thank you so much. I confess to being a Draco/Ginny writer before HBP blasted a hole in my ship and the epilogue sank it, so I appreciate you giving this story a chance and enjoying it!
You just made me cry over Crookshanks. This is written really, really well. The way he smelled Hermione's worry and sadness was really touching. RIP Crookshanks.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for the nice review. I'm glad you liked it. I really think that Hermione would have a tough time with this time for Crookshanks.
This is really, really well-written! I love it so much. Felix is too adorable for words. And Scorpius! Ooh, he's adorable too. I really appreciate it that you've chosen to write the story from Felix's point of view. An excellent one-shot, I must say.
A question: Was Astoria friends with Colin Creevey in Hogwarts? Her penchant for summoning the camera makes me think so! Or perhaps that's just me... spotting the Creeveys anywhere I can.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for loving Felix's pov! That's an inspiring question about Colin and Astoria. I may have to write a one shot about that friendship. :) If you like Creevey stories, I'd love you to read my Dennis/Gabrielle one shot where he's the creator of Wizard Comics and she mistakenly thinks he created LaVeela to seduce her sister: Mastermind vs. LaVeela. http://www.fanfiction.mugglenet.com/viewstory.php?sid=93483&warning=5
