The Bice Day
The fates are laughing today
Dragging my soul to a bereft cliff
Splattered dark green from long forgotten memories
The snow is mocking today
Seeping deep into my frozen sorrows
Drenched with rotting green grief for tomorrow
The wind is malicious today
Wrenching open my troubled heart
Sopping with kelly shades of sharp, icy air
The clouds are belittling today
Crushing my hope into oblivion
Erupting with the temper of all the capricious seas
The magic is taunting today
Pricking at my addled, beleaguered mind
Drowning my will with a massacre hued aquamarine
The conscience is screaming today
Thrilling through my petrified figure
Aflame with all the chartreuse woes of my harrowed world
The heart is weak today
Begrudging me one last chance
Doused in olive blood trickling ever so cold
My hovel- it sleeps today
Dispatched by the judging fates
Flooded gravely by the rushing malachite brine of yesterday
My body- it dies today
Reaching for yellow favors
Dancing in calm, peaceful rain everyday
