I'm 30 years old, married and an avid reader.
I love Fantasy books. Some of my favorite Authors include JKR, David Eddings, Tad Williams, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Elizabeth Hayden, and Robert Jordan.
I have a twin sister that betas for me. We have always been best friends and I hope we will stay that way.
I have found a great fondness for taking Hapkido. I'm currently a purple belt, and really having fun since I have gotten my twin, Step-sister, and husband to start coming to class with me. I also have a few other massage therapists from my office that come.
My favorite Animals are penguins. I also have a thing for cats, which led to me writing my first story, Switched.
My first Child was born in June. She is totally amazing, and I can't wait until she is old enough to share Harry with.

Lacrima Serpentis by Insecurity
Rated: 6th-7th Years •Summary: This story is set in the dystopian society of Wizarding England under the control of Voldemort. Fifteen years after leaving Hogwarts, Harry Potter is in hiding; he fears the words of the Prophecy and has lost the will to fight. This story tells the tale of an adult Hermione who sacrifices everything: her family, her moral beliefs and eventually her dignity, in order to save the Wizarding world. She becomes a Death Eater under the recommendation of someone she barely trusts. She struggles to find the courage and strength, but with every choice she makes she gets deeper and deeper into danger.

I personally really like Hermione's plan. It won't be easy, but reminding people of what is worth fighting for is always a good thing. Showing people the beauty of life and living when things are bad is what gives hope and makes you appreciate the good even more. I hope that Fred can come up with a good idea to help her. If anyone can, he will. I'm also glad that Ron is starting to come around. I hope that something good can happen with Lupin too. I'm really feeling sorry for him, but then, I've always been a Lupin fan. :)

I am glad you like the plan. I thought about it for a long time before I decided on it. I remember speaking to Bridget about it, and she expressed her doubts quite rightly. It will be a tough one to pull off and so I am not going to rush it. If the story doesn't get compelted just yet, so be it, I want it to be right.

Voldemort finally appearing makes me worried for Hermione, but the maternal instinct that she has should help a lot. Not much excitement in this chapter, but it is definitely leading to some more things! I look forward to the next chapter, esp. since this one ended in a sort of Cliffie!

So much happened in that chapter. Snape is so believable in that letter. He shows how much he cares, but doesn't try to be who he knows Hermione wants him to be. He is totally true to himself. I find it interesting the way he tries to protect Hermione, only to have it come to nothing with whoever it was that found her at the end of the chapter. I hope that he ends up saving her some way. I think he has that much in him. I wait anxiously for your next chapter!

I think that you definitely succeeded in keeping Snape ambiguous. There is no way to know which side he is truly on.
For titles...that isn't my strongest part either...but for some reason, Wounded comes to mind. Hermione is wounded from what she did before (in abandoning her friends) and is wounded now by insecurity and having to live as a Death Eater, and everything she truly needs to end.
Author's Response: Thank you for your suggestion. I had to change tact immediatly with Snape having read HBP so I'm glad he still comes across as ambigious because I haven't yet decided what side I'm going to place him on (I really should do some forward planning!)

I just found your story. I must say that I find it very good. I love the tensions between Miranda and Hermione. I love that Hermione is still friends with Victor, and that Ron would still get jeolous of that. I'm glad that Ginny let her feelings for Ron out way her want of making Miranda jeolous. I don't like Miranda. She seems to be all about herself, and doesn't seem to care for Ron at all. Of course that will be part of what makes him go back to Hermione. I can see that the entire break up was really Miranda, and not Ron's idea. I like how Harry and Ginny are starting to pair back up. It is just a fun story to read. Hannah is soooo cute and has tons of character. Some people don't let kids get any. It was cool that Ron was there for her first bit of magic. He has missed so much of her life, though I totally understand the reasoning there. I look forward to reading more of this story!!!

I look forward to seeing how the new trio will help Harry defeat Voldemort once and for all.

That was another great chapter! I'm glad that Nathan and Anna were able to get out and see that what they worked so hard to help Harry and Ginny with worked! Molly was GREAT! I think she doesn't get her due a lot of the time. She is just seen as the mother figure that waits at home. I think she has a lot more in her! Snape still has me guessing. The dagger adds even more questions. Wormtail was wonderful. It was nice that he saved Ginny to repay his debt. It is nice seeing Harry's and Ginny's love for each other grow. Love is indeed a powerful thing.

This part is just as good as the first part! It was great when they finished the circlet and had Lily, James, Catarina, and Dumbledore there to finish weaving the strands. It really does show how much love they have, with the living and the dead. I hope that Percy can get help fast enough. A head injury is nothing to laugh at! George and Fred give the comic relief, like normal! :) I do hope we get to see some more spirits in the tunnels. Sirius would be AWESOME! :) I will understand if there aren't any more though. I can't wait for the next chapter!

This was another great chapter. I like the long chapters. It is nice to sit down and just read. I don't mind the cliffies either. They just keep me wanting more!! I really can't wait to read the next section! I'm soooo glad that Anna and Nathan are together. Catarina's influence there was GREAT! I miss her wit! Fred and George were really cool also!! There dancing lines were so like them. Poor Neville!! He just can't keep his nose safe! LOL I look forward to part two!!

Another great chapter. Everyone acted right on at that bonding ceremony. I hope that Anna and the baby stay ok!! I'm going to be worried about them, until they are ok!! Poor Nathan. This is not what he needed at this time. At least Harry and Ginny are almost ready to do their part. It would have been worse if Anna were taken before the bonding ceremony! I look forward to the next chapter!!!
