Please, please, please update. Or else I'll send my killer penguins after you! ;-)
Author's Response: Updated! The penguins held me at gunpoint. ;)
Oh wow, I was so excited when I found out you updated. It's been months and months since I had my last fix of this. So I re read the whole story and have just finished the new chapter. And the reunion was written really well, I can imagine it must have been really difficult.
Great job, I can't wait to read the next chapter. Won't be too long will it? he he, I need my fix again.
Holy Hippogriffs! You've updated! I'm so excited. I'd given this story up for abandoned seeing as it hadn't been updated in so long. So it was a wonderful surprise to get the email saying it had. And even better, it's my birthday today, so what an awesome present. Anyhoo I haven't actually read this chapter yet. I haven't read this story is so long so I'm going to re read it first and then get onto this chapter. So I'll let you know what I think when I've finished it. :D
Author's Response: LOL, love the expletive. And hope you enjoy the read.
Wow! I have been avidly reading this story for a few days now and I love it!
I never expected to be sucked into an AU story as I mainly prefer MWPP era canon. But the way you've successfully thought up this world is genius. It's the little details I appreciate most.
The most exciting part of this chapter was definetely when James and Lily found out their children were alive. I've been waiting for that since the start. Though looks like we'll have to wait for the reunion.
From what I've read so far, this story is fantastically written and it's obvious you've put a lot of thought into it. The only critism I can think of is that there have been spelling and grammar mistakes, but not too many.
I'll definetely be keeping a beady eye out for the next update. Hint hint. So update soon, or else I'll come hunting!
Author's Response: :) Thanks for reading.
Wow, I have just finished this story. I actually reviewed a couple of days ago, but doesn't seem to have come up.
Anyhoo this story is so well written. I love reading fics about the Marauders. And you've written Moony just like he should be. Out of the four of them he probably did have the worst time dating due to his furry little problem.
I especially like Lindi, she's not just a one dimensional character, there is actually more to her than meets the eye.
Anyway, great work, I'll be keeping a beady eye out for the next chapter. I am dying to know what James is going to do to Lindi. So hurry up!
Author's Response: Thank you for this wonderful review, Phoenix alThor. I am especially pleased that you like Lindi. :D That really gives me a kick. I\'m working on the next chapter as we speak (well, taking a little break now, but...) I hope you enjoy it when I\'m finished. Hurry up...LOL Have I mentioned lately that I\'m a southern girl. We don\'t know how to hurry. LOL I will try. Thank you again. :)
Oh my god! You are a mind reader! Seriously! I had been re reading this story again for the third time and had just finished with chapter 52 yesterday and was desperate for more. And ta da! it's updated!
This was a fantastic chapter. I've been itching for you write this for so long. Poor Remus, I really feel for him. I can't wait for Remus' reaction towards Sirius and of course what about Lindi? So please update asap, I really need to read more!
Oh and this SWN? :feels clueless:
Anyway I always felt that the whomping willow incident happened around this time in their sixth year anyway.
Author's Response: Shhhh....you'll give away my secret. Yes, I can do Legilimency. ;) *hehe* I'm so glad you enjoyed the chapter. This is one of the really big canon points we MWPP writers need to cover. Since you have been waiting for it, I'm glad you aren't disappointed, at least so far. The Sirius confrontation is the next hurdle. *chews nails* I'll try to do it justice. Poor Remus indeed. Bad, Sirius, BAD! SWM is Snape's Worst Memory. Sorry about that. And I always believed it was in sixth year too. Even the Lexicon said so. >.< It just made sense. *feels that rant starting up* *sigh* Well, in MoB, it happened in sixth year. There's no going back now. ;) Thank you so much for reviewing, Phoenix alThor.
Wow, I could quite believe my eyes when I saw chapter 49 up, I was so excited. I've been desperate to know what Lindi was going to have to do. This chapter is brilliant.
Now you're gonna have to update again. I need more! More I tell you MORE!!! ahem, that was the manic monster coming out in me again. I have to let him out every so often so he doesn't get bored.
Anyway, enough of my drabble. Can't wait for next chapter.
Author's Response: *hides from manic monster* *curses slow progress on next chapter* I am so happy that you enjoyed this one, though, Phoenix alThor. Thank you for reviewing and I hope to get some work on the next chapter...sometime. >.< *busy busy busy*
And no, contrary to beliefs very likely impressed upon you by this summary, I'm not a gormless prat.
Well... not entirely.
Wow, I've just finished the first chapter and will be reading on in earnest. The quality of the writing is really good. I can already tell I'm going to be hooked.
And also I looked at your bio and wanted to tell you that I read the title of the sequel to this and burst out laughing. Got to be the best title ever! "The World's Going To End, So Take Off Your Sunday Trousers." How bizarre :-)
Wow, that was so sad. It brought tears to my eyes. Love the way you wrote James, really made you feel for him and his family.
Well done.
Author's Response: Thank you, Phoenix alThor. Yay for tears. I really don\'t see how anyone can think of the story of James and Lily without getting teary, but I\'m so glad to hear I could express a bit of it well enough to bring them. As for James, I have been tryiing to get a handle on him for a very long time and writing this story has helped I hope. It is easy to either idolize him for being Harry\'s dad and the brilliant Marauder, or to hate him for being the arrogant berk who tormented Snape (for the Snape lovers), but he was both and a lot more than either of those things. Anyway, I really enjoyed trying to figure him out. Thank you for your kind words about how I did it. :)
