It has been about four years since Voldemort was defeated. Neville Longbottom has a comfortable life teaching at Hogwarts with all his friends, yet he is missing something in his life. Then he meets Aurora Hitchcock, owner of a Potions shop in Hogsmeade Village. Together they frantically work on an ancient potion for protection from a devastating spell, in the shadow of a rising threat. Before they can discover the unknown enemy, someone from Aurora’s past returns. What will happen when ancient Potions meet modern Herbology?

Ok...WOW. Do we get to find out what Harry did during those 2 weeks? Some very powerful memories Harry was reviewing...I can't wait until you reveal more details about the Debello spell. The teaser: OOH! I loved how Harry calls him Mouldy-Shorts to get his goat! I really like how you have Voldemort asking Harry how he has the audacity to approach him and Harry repeating that line....Gives me chills-I can't wait to read what happens-evil evil teaser!!!!

So beautifully written! I loved the memory of Albus approaching the Mirror and the tear. Then Harry reading the diary page. Amazing! The speech Harry gave to the whole school gathering them to be on the offensive-absolutely amazing! I would gladly have joined him myself. I am so very much looking forward to your next book-will we have to wait long? I'll be back to 'study' some more!

I don't even know where to start; this is one of the best chapters I've ever read! Ron was bloody fabulous! Punching Harry just when he needed it most-knocking that nobily act right out of him- YES!!! There are so many amazing things in this chapter. I'll need to go back and read it a few more times before I can comment on any more. You'll be hearing from me again. Again, absolutely amazing! I can't wait for more!!!

Great chapter, but hard to follow without paragraph breaks. I think Ginny & Harry did the right thing, you can't bargain with Voldemort.
Your teaser: I like it! Want to know more about that spell. I don't know any Latin, so I can only guess. I'm looking forward to it.

Wow!!!!! So what punishment will Percy receive? Since he murdered someone I can't see the sentance being light...I guess we'll have to wait and see. So glad that either everyone else was cleared of charges or light penalties. Great chapter. I was on the edge of my seat when they were summoned to the MoM. Looking forward to more.

Wow. If that hadn't affected Ginny so much to accidently kill Evan, then I would have been worried or disappointed. It was unitentional, but perhaps she prevented him from doing anything worse than he already has. Very emotional chapter. Good job. Looking forward to more.
