Hello!

I am 25 year old wife and mother of 1 beautiful baby girl and wife to a loving husband. My husband and I raise Cattle in the Midwest and I work full time at an office job.

I started on Harry Potter by listening to the audio books during what used to be a long commute and now I am HOOKED! My husband thinks I am crazy, but he enjoys the movies! I only wish he knew what he was missing!

I have written for fun through out my life, but this is the first time I have ever done a fan fic or had anything 'published'.

I have three (out of four planned) stories in a ‘Ron/Hermione saga’ written. My first installment is posted completely on MNFF and is called Internal Battles. The second is called Battling Boundaries and now posted in completion. I am planning to find a few more sites to post just to get feed-back. I have had so much fun writing about these two, I can’t help but share! The third story in the saga – and that is what is has become – is called Battling Jitters and is in the queue. All three stories tie together and stem off of one scene in the first fic and a large climax is planned for the ending story in a huge moment of realization for Hermione. I hope that you have found the stories and are enjoying the ride that I am taking you on. Ron and Hermione seem to be the conductors…I think I just drive the lunch trolley!

Now, I have to take a moment to thanks two very inspirational people! I stumbled on Dan (danbarn) and Abigail (joybelle423) and honestly…I don’t think they had any idea what they were in for! They have been GREAT help and MARVELOUS inspirations. They cracked the whip and kept me in check, kept me honest and on task. After only mild confusion, we have trudged through and got this one done!

I am continuing my work with them on the continuation of this saga and I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it and working on it with these two!

If you enjoy Harry, Ron and Hermione and all their friends and foes as much as I do then you will enjoy reading my version of the "movies" about them that play in my head.

Have fun!

*Quote from The Epilogue*

Suddenly Harry was kissing her as if he couldn’t resist the temptation. There was a kind of frenzy to the kiss at first, a kind of desperate need, but it melted into something soft and sweet and gentle, a promise of a future when kisses would never be limited. When they broke apart he rested his forehead on hers, sprinkling a few affectionate butterfly kisses across her face. “I love you,” he murmured.

Nifflers, Otters and Shrew by tickled_pink

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: What happens when the man Hermione feels far too embarrassed to ever see again (due to events entirely out of her control ... well, almost ... ) turns up as the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher? The War is raging, the N.E.W.T.s are approaching, and the only question circling through Hermione's head (much to her annoyance) is whether or not five years older is too old.

It seems to be out of her control once again; avoiding Oliver Heaney for her entire seventh year seems not only difficult, but well near impossible ...

Excerpt from Chapter Eight

Oliver was a nervous wreck all through his seventh year class.

It took all of his will-power not to glance Hermione’s way every three seconds. He risked it only a handful of times, making sure never to do so when her face was looking in even remotely his direction.

As is usual with one who is out of control of a course of events one began, Oliver began to panic. Second-guessing himself was not something Oliver was prone to, and yet here he was, asking himself those terrifying questions. Did she get the note? Has she read it yet? What if it was all a bad idea? What if it all went horribly wrong?

What if she took the note straight to Minerva and told her everything?

Don't worry, this story hasn't been abandoned, just moving in a different direction than I originally planned!

Senses by Gryffinpuff

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Sense: a word of so many meanings. This is a story about senses. The common sense notion of self preservation that is lost when friends are in need, the senses of the body that can be damaged so easily, and the intuitive senses of the heart that tell you when things have changed. R/Hr focused with a little bit of H/G, not a lot of fluff, with rotating views between the characters on a truly horrific day.

an outtake: >"Guess it’s time to admit it, Ron,” she whispered, knowing well, that he couldn’t hear her, “I did misjudged you. I did... And I don’t think I know you as well as I thought I did,” she closed her eyes, one last time touching his scarred arm, “And you’re not of the emotional range of a teaspoon, Ron. You’re much more... You’re so much more...”
